Vic the Slick

Vic the Slick (A.k.a. Louie the Loud, Clarence Sale, and The Pitch-Meister) is one of Carmen Sandiego's V.I.L.E. henchmen in the game show Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? A salesman of the slimiest caliber with more oil in his hair than all of Mexico, Vic's motto is "Bad taste is better than no taste at all", and it shows in his tacky polyester suit and obnoxiously loud tie. He has an unrequited crush on Carmen and frequently tries to impress her by calling her "baby doll" and stealing loot to present to her as a gift, not the least of which being his theft of the Isla del Carmen in Mexico so that she could have her own self-named island as a birthday present. Carmen often made her feelings towards him clear in that she sees him as nothing beyond a mere henchman.
